How can I add an initial balance to a patient's chart?

Here's how to add an initial balance to a patient's chart: 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View Billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go into a chart's "Billing" section, and toggle to the "All Transactions" tab.

2. Click on "Add transaction." 

3. Under the ''Entry Type'' dropdown and select ''Initial Balance.''

4. Add an amount for the initial balance, and click "Add transaction." 

5. The balance will be added to the chart's billing history.
