How do I give family members full access to the patient/client’s designated record set?

Here's how to grant family members full access to the patient/client designated record set. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go to the "Profile" section of a chart. 

2. Toggle to the "Family Info" tab and click on the family member's name. 

3. Scroll down to the "Portal Permissions" area, and ensure that all boxes are checked to enable full patient/client portal access. 

4. Check the "3rd Party Access" box to allow this family member to export the chart's health records.

5. Click ''Save.''
