How do I edit my group users' permissions?

Here's how to edit the permissions enabled for your group users' accounts. This will grant or prevent access to specific areas or features in Luminello.

1. Under the "Owner" menu on your main dashboard, click "Account."

2. Go to the "Group Users" section, and click on the "Edit Permissions" button next to the user's name. 

3. Check the "Yes" or "No" boxes next to the appropriate permission. 

  • Messages: Controls access to messaging (either the clinician or another assistant), contacts, and message settings. 
  • Charts: Controls access to all files in the roster, including archived files, and allows the clinician/ assistant to view and manage chart functionalities such as e-labs, e-Rx, chart settings, chart entries, scheduling, billing, tasks, email, and profile.
  • Calendar: Controls access to your calendar settings and online booking or revokes access to view/manage your calendar.
  • Financial: Controls access to your financial summary, billing codes, insurance info, credit card info, and financial settings.
  • Referrals: Controls access to view/manage your referral requests.
  • Practice: Controls access to the portal and your account's documents, tasks, and settings.
  • Account: Controls access to view/manage account information under settings, licensure, practice info, security, billing, integrations, and group settings.
  • Miscellaneous: Multiple settings that are selected discretionarily based on the requirements of your practice

4. When you're done, click "Save."

5. To edit the permissions enabled for admin assistants/super admins, scroll down to the "Administratie assistants" section and click on "Edit Permissions" next to the user. 

6. For "Assistants," you can control their access to each clinician assigned by clicking on "Permission" next to each clinician's checkbox. 

7. For "Super Admins," you can control their access to the "Owner" level menu.
