How can I create a chart in my group?

Here's how the Group Owner can add a chart in a group practice:

1. On the main dashboard, click on the ''Owner'' tab in the left-hand navigation menu and then on "Charts". Finally, click on ''Add a chart''. 

2. Fill in the necessary information (which is their first name, last name, and date of birth), check for duplicates, and you will then be able to assign the chart to a clinician directly by checking the box next to their name.

3. Once all information is filled in, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

4. Groups clinicians can create charts by following this workflow.
