Give me a visual walk-through of how Luminello looks different for groups

There are some differences between a solo practice account and a group practice account. The changes made to the group practice accounts are meant to enhance the functionality of group owners. Read on to learn more.

Main Menu

Individual Practice

An individual account has access to Luminello's standard navigational menu:

Groups

For a group owner, the menu will provide access to their own account under "My Account" and to other users in the group under "Other Users." The "Owner" menu section is where the owner will have access to various features that will allow them to manage the group at their discretion:

Roster

Individual Practice

Under ''Charts'', the clinician can view their roster and export it to CSV if needed. Solo practices can also add charts, change the status from "active" to "inactive," or archive charts from this page. Checkboxes to the side of each patient/client have been added to make changes to more than one chart at once.

Groups

Under the "Owner" menu, the group owner will be able to view all charts in the group and assign any chart to a specific clinician or branch. They can also create charts, export charts, and change the charts' status or archive them

The group owner/super admin can enable chart sharing for the group.

Clinicians in a group practice

Under ''Charts,'' clinicians in the group can view their roster and assign any chart to a specific branch by clicking on the checkbox next to the chart and selecting the "I want to..." dropdown menu.

By going to "Charts" from the "My Account" menu, the group owner will be able to view their roster and assign any chart to a specific branch by clicking on the checkbox next to the chart and selecting "I want to...>Assign to a branch."

Notes

Individual Practice

Clinicians can view all notes that they have signed which appear under the title "ADDED TO CHART BY" in the patient/client's chart.

Groups

A group owner or super admin can set permissions that will allow clinicians to view chart history and notes that other clinicians have signed within the group. Under "My Account>Charts", the group owner will be able to view all the notes that were signed for a shared patient/client under the title "CREATED FOR."

Note: Clinicians can only access chart information for those patients/clients that have been assigned to them.

Account Information

Individual Practice

Has access to all standard account settings:

Groups

Under ''My account>Account'', the group owner will only have access to the standard account settings:

Note: Other clinicians in the practice will not have access to the "Billing" tab.

To access the group's account settings, the group owner will need to go to ''Owner>Account,'' where they will be able to add/edit practice info, modify permissions for each clinician in the group, and more.

e-Rx

Individual Practice

Clinicians can see medication history only for medications that they have prescribed.

Groups

A group owner or super administrator can set permissions that allow clinicians to view full medication history regardless of which prescriber within the group prescribed the medication. If clinicians are set up under the same practice on DrFirst, cross-coverage is available.

Calendar

Individual Practice

Clinicians can see their calendars under the "Calendar" tab.

Groups

A group owner or a super administrator can see all clinicians' schedules. Under the "Owner" menu, they can filter and view up to three columns per page.

Managers with the necessary permissions enabled will have access to the schedules of the clinicians they manage from the "Other Users" menu.
