How do I add a place of service code when billing for telehealth services?

To prevent insurance companies from rejecting your submitted claims for telehealth services, ''Place of service = 02'' can be added to all statements and invoices practice-wide or for individual patients. See below to learn more: 

Practice-wide 

You can add ''Place of service = 02''it to the ''Default message for statements and invoices'' section on Financial>Settings>Practice Info, as shown below:

Individual Patients 

For individual patients, "Place of service = 02" can be added to the ''Clinician Message (Optional)'' section when creating a superbill, as shown below:

And, to the ''Comments'' section when creating an invoice, as shown below:
