What roles can I assign to my group's clinicians?

The following roles are available for clinicians that are part of a group: 

  • Clinician: If a clinician is invited to a group, they will have access to their own profile under the "My Account" menu based on the permissions set by the group owner.
  • Manager: If a clinician is assigned the role of a “manager”, they will be able to access their account under the "My Account" menu as well as any linked clinicians' account via the “Other users” menu. A separate set of permissions will be applied to each clinician to whom the manager is linked.
  • Super Administrator: Super administrators will by default be linked to all clinicians in the same way a manager is, but will have full access to the clinicians' accounts. Super Admin Clinicians will also have access to the “Owner" level menu as configured by the Group owner through permissions.
