Tell me more about Luminello's Group functionality

Luminello supports group practices of any size and can scale up or down, depending on your organization’s needs. We offer the ability to mix and match premium plan types for therapists and prescribers. All our pricing is per clinician, per month, at the same fair, competitive levels we’ve always provided for our clinicians in solo practice. 

How to get started?

After selecting a plan and creating your account, please contact us, and we will make the switch for you. Then join us for an onboarding meeting to learn more about the functionalities outlined below.


Group Owner's Walkthrough

  • For a group owner, the menu will provide access to their account under "My Account", to all users in the group under "Other Users", as well as the "Owner Menu" section where they will have access to features that will allow them to manage the group.

  • The owner will be able to buy additional licenses to invite clinicians to the group.
  • Under Charts, the group owner will view all clinician's rosters and assign any chart to a specific branch/ clinician. If given permission, charts can be added under this section. Other administrative functions such as archiving charts, status changes, and the ''Export Roster'' feature have been moved to ''Owner>Roster''.
  • Under ''My Account>Account'', the group owner will only access the standard account settings. (Note: Other clinicians in practice will not have access to the billing section.)

  • To access the group's account settings, the group owner will need to go to ''Owner>Account'', where they will be able to add/ edit practice info, modify permissions for each clinician in the group, and more:

We have created different roles within the practice that helps the owner manage the group: 

  • Owner: Creates the group account and can set or delegate permissions for roles and access down to a super-fine degree. The group owner can assign clinicians to branches, archive/ change charts' status, and export the patient roster from the ''Owner>Roster'' menu. 
  • Super Admin: The account owner can delegate any owner-level responsibilities to the super admin. A super admin can assign clinicians to branches, archive charts/ change charts' status, and export the patient roster from the ''Owner>Roster'' menu. 
  • Manager: This can be assigned to another practicing clinician, and each account can manage one or more clinicians.
  • User: Staff-level clinician.
  • Administrative assistant: Can be assigned to one or more clinicians.
