When I'm viewing e-labs for my practice, why do I have to manually type the patient's/client's name to go into their chart?

To view an individual patient's/client's chart when reviewing your E-lab notifications, you must enter the patient's/client's name manually in the chart selector area at the top of the page, instead of being able to click on the chart from the notification itself. This is because the information on this page is being displayed directly from Change Healthcare's database - the names you see displayed are the charts in their system, not Luminello's. That is why, when looking at a practice-wide view, you must enter the name manually to get into the Luminello chart. By displaying their screen directly, Luminello's development costs are reduced, and this, in turn, keeps subscription fees low.
