How do I access my assistant's messages if they are on vacation or emergency leave?

For security, it is not possible to access your assistant's messages while they are away on vacation or on emergency leave. In these scenarios, the standard is to have the assistant leave an out-of-office auto-reply asking for the message to be re-sent.
