What is an "Auditable Event Alert" from DrFirst

Do not be alarmed when you receive an email with "Auditable Event Alert" in the subject line! Read on to understand the reason behind the email:

Since you're a DrFirst user, you may sometimes receive an email containing "Auditable Event Alert" in the subject line. This is a routine alert to let you know that a change to the Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances (EPCS) setup has occurred; for example, if you've recently changed the EPCS grant status of a physician from inactive to active or vice versa. The purpose of this alert is to notify you and provide you with an opportunity to review the change and ensure that this is an expected action and not connected to any possible compromise in your account.

In another case, an Auditable Event Alert Report is a collection of all Auditable Event Alerts that allows you to review the details of any and all alerts.
