Can group members share emails?
For security purposes within Luminello's HIPAA compliant platform, it is not possible to access other clinicians' or assistants' messages, whether on vacation or emergency leave. In these scenarios, here are the standard recommendations:
- Leave an out-of-office auto-reply which includes the contact information of the person/s assuming responsibility in their absence. See this article to learn how to set up an out-of-office auto-reply.
- Grant assistants permission to receive messages. To do this, go to "Owner">"Account">"Group Users". Then alongside the relevant name, click " Edit Permissions" and scroll all the way down to "Miscellaneous">"
Allow Patients To Message My Assistant".
- Simply forward the message since Luminello messaging works like a normal email program while being HIPAA compliant.
