How do I enable patient/client messages to only go to the group owner?

Group owners/super admins can set it so that all patients/clients in the group can only message the group owner. Read on to learn how. 

1. On the owner level menu, go to "Account," and next click on "Group Users."

2. Click on "Edit Permissions."

3. Scroll down to the "Miscellaneous" permissions, and ensure that the permissions below are set to "no." 

  • Lastly, click on "Save" for the changes to take effect. 

4. Now, repeat the same steps for every clinician in the group, and all messages from patients/clients will arrive to the owner's inbox. Note: For this to work, the owner must be assigned to all charts in the group.
