How can I give access to my supervising clinician in Luminello to review my notes?

Read on to learn how to allow access to your supervising clinician to Luminello to review your notes.

1. The supervising clinician must be invited to Luminello as an administrative assistant

2. The trainee/associate should write the note and save it as a draft.

3. The supervising clinician can log into the trainee's/associate's account through the ''Other Users'' menu, as shown below:

  • Saved drafts can be located in the Chart>Entries section.

  • Or, in the Calendar section, click on the event and then "Retrieve draft."

  • The supervising clinician can also go to the "Tasks" section within the chart to retrieve any saved drafts.

4. After retrieving the draft, the supervising clinician can leave notes for the trainee/associate to go in and sign the note.

  • Alternatively, the supervising clinician can sign the note after making their changes.

Note: If a second signature is needed, it can be added as an addendum.
