How do permissions work in the financial section?
Any permissions on the "Financial>Settings" section apply to all patients/clients in your roster. However, they can also be adjusted on an individual basis within each chart. Read on to learn more:
Adjusting permissions in the "Financial" section
1. Click on "Financial" from your left navigation menu.
2. Click on "Settings." Here you can adjust the financial settings practice-wide.
Adjusting permissions individually within each chart
1. Go to the patient's chart, and from there, click on "Billing."
2. Next, go to "Settings." Here you can adjust the patient's billing settings if you'd like them to differ from your practice-wide settings.
