How do I send referral requests to other clinicians in my group?

Group owners, clinicians, and assistants with owner-level permissions can send referral requests to any clinician(s) in the group for review. Read on to learn how:

1. From the owner menu, click on "Referrals." 

2. Next, go to "Requests." All pending requests for the group will be displayed here.

3. To send a request for review to another clinician in the group, click on the "I want to" drop-down and select "Send for review."

4. Select the clinician you would like to send this request to and click on "Send for review."

5. A HIPAA alert message will pop up. Click on "Yes, proceed" to continue.

6. The clinician will get a notification informing them that a request is available to be reviewed.

7. They can also find the pending request under the "Requests" section. 

8. To take an action with the request, the clinician can click on the "I want to" drop-down.

9. And go to "Update Status" to  "approve" or "decline" the request.  

10. Group owners can see the requests' status and which clinicians declined/accepted by going to the Owner>Referrals>Requests section.
