How do I export the patient/client roster in my group?
In a Group practice, only the Owner and Super Admin roles have the ability to export the patients'/clients' rosters from ''Charts.'' (Note: The demographic info, Insurance info, balance due, and last listed diagnosis from the charts will be exported). Here's how:
1. Under the "Owner" tab, select "Charts."
2. Under Roster, click on the dropdown arrow next to "NAME." You have two (2) options available:
- Apply to all
- Apply to this page
This example assumes that you wish to export your entire roster, so click on "Apply to all."
3. Scroll up to the "I want to..." drop-down menu, and select "Export to CSV."
4. The roster will be downloaded as a CSV file to your computer.
