Can any clinician in my group use the auto-invoicing feature?

Yes, any clinician in the group can generate an invoice automatically when signing a note. Read on to learn how to do it.

1. Check the "Auto-generate invoice" box below "Record billing info." If auto-invoicing is enabled, an invoice will be automatically generated based on the billing/payment information entered in the note. 

2. A success notification appears after signing the note, indicating that an invoice was generated successfully. All invoices automatically generated using this feature will be sent to the patients' portals.

3. Clinicians can locate the recently generated invoice in the patient's billing section, under "All Transactions."

4. Under "Invoice Tracker."

Note: this would depend on the clinicians' permissions. If a clinician doesn't have access to the "Billing & Financial" section, for example, they would still be able to check the "Auto-invoicing" box while composing a note. However, they would not be able to view the invoice in the patient's billing section. 

5. The default term for auto-generated invoices will be pulled from the default invoice settings. Or...
