How do I generate a report on how many telehealth vs in-person appointments are booked in my group practice?

The "Telehealth vs in-person" report will display the number of telehealth vs in-person appointments clinicians have booked by month in your group practice. Read on to learn how to generate it. 

1. From the "Owner" dashboard, click on "Reports." 

2. Go to the "Financial" section. 

3. Choose "Telehealth vs in-person" from the drop-down. 

4. Click on "Generate Report."

5. The following pop-up will appear, informing you not to close the tab while generating the report. After you click "Yes, proceed," the report will be downloaded to your computer in CSV format.
