How do I generate a measurement-based care report for my group practice on a chart-by-chart basis?

Read on to learn how to generate a measurement-based care report that will display each clinician's rating scales' change scores on a chart-by-chart basis.

1. Click on "Reports" from the "Owner" level menu on the left-hand navigation menu.

2. Go to the "Quality of Care" section.    

3. Choose "Measurement-based care metrics by clinician by chart" from the drop-down.

4. Click on the "Generate report" button.

5. The following pop-up will appear, informing you not to close the tab while generating the report. You can continue working on other tasks in a different tab. Click on "Yes, proceed" to continue. 

6. Once your report is ready to download, click on the "Download now" button.

7. The report will be downloaded to your computer in .CSV format. 

Note: Only rating scales added to the chart are included in the report.
