How do I adjust my group practice's invoice settings?

Read on to learn how to adjust your group practice's invoice settings:

Practice

1. Click "Practice" from the "Owner" level menu.

2. Go to "Settings." 

3. Toggle the radio button next to the setting you'd like to enable for "Billing statement/invoice creation," and "Invoices." 

4. Changes are automatically saved.


Financial

1. Click on "Financial" from the "My Account" menu. 

2. Go to "Settings."

3. Scroll down to the "Invoices" section, and click on the checkbox(es) for the setting(s) that you'd like to enable. 

Note: Any clinician in the group (with access to the "Financial" section) can enable auto-invoicing as default by going to "Settings."

4. Scroll down and click on "Submit." 


Individual Charts

1. Once inside a patient's chart, go to "Billing" and click "Settings."  

2. Scroll down to the "Group Invoices Settings" section and click on the checkbox next to the default setting you'd like to turn on.
