How can I see a graph of my patients' rating scale scores?

Here's how you can see a visual of your patients' PHQ-9, MDQ, MDQ - Part 1 & 2, CGI, GAD-7, NICHQ Vanderbilt, and ADHD self-report rating scale scores. This will facilitate progress discussions, reinforce patient changes, and support shared decision-making about treatment adjustments. Read on to learn more. 

1. Go to the patient's chart entries and click on the "Show Graph" button below the rating scale.

2. The graph will be displayed on the screen for you to review.
