How does insurance info get entered if the patient/client isn't the insured?

Suppose the patient's name is not on their insurance card, and the legal guardian or caregiver is the insured. In that case, they can add this information to the patient's demographic info section. Here's how:

1. Once inside the patient's account, go to "Patient's Demographic Info."

2. Enter the insured details under "Insurance."

3. Click "Save" to save the insured's information into the patient's demographic info section.
