We understand that integrating AVS checks on patients' credit cards may generate many questions. Here is a collection of questions and answers to help you understand it better.

Q: Why are you implementing this?
A: We're implementing this to help prevent fraud and chargebacks.
Q: Does this mean I can't charge some credit cards now?
A: No. You can still charge patients' credit cards. We're still in a warning stage. However, after a specific date (we will keep you posted), any credit card without a street address and zip code cannot be run until this info is entered
Q: What does my patient/client need to do?
A: Patients/clients will be notified of any credit card missing information via an internal message through Luminello and an external email, prompting them to update their credit card details.
Q: What do I need to do?
A: You don't need to do anything on your end. We will send communications to patients/clients internally and externally to inform them, so you don't need to worry about pushing them to do this.
