How can I use the same email address for a family member?

Q: Can the same email address be used in different charts?

A: In cases where a parent wants to receive all communications pertaining to two children that are seeing the same clinician, Luminello allows the same email address to be used across these charts. 

Q: Where can I go to link the same email address in another chart?

A: You can link a patient/client currently on your roster by using the email address on a parent account. In the new chart, enter the email address on the ''Profile>Family Info'' section and click on ''Add''.

Q: Can I add an existing family member to another patient's/client's portal?

A: If a family member is already added to a patient's/client's chart, you can add the same email address as a family member on a different patient's/client's chart. On the second chart, enter the same email address on the ''Profile>Family Info'' section and click on ''Add''.
