What's the difference between Portal>General Info and Notes>Portal Notes?

Luminello premium users have access to features for displaying General Information for all patients/clients and Portal Notes for specific patients/clients. Read on to see how to post information in each section and further details. 

General Information for ALL your patients/clients

Is a section for adding information for all patients/clients to see in their dashboard. Here's how:

1. Click "Practice" on the navigation bar.

2. Enter the information you need to be displayed for ALL your patients/clients in the "General Info" text box and click "Save".

All patients/clients will see this on their dashboard in their Luminello portal. This is what it looks like from the patient/client portal.

Posting Individual Patient/Client Information in Notes>Portal Notes

Clinicians can post information for specific patients/clients in Notes>Portal Notes or Notes>Compose Note>Portal Notes. Follow the steps below for adding information for specific patients/clients in the notes section.

1. Go into a patient's chart through the ''Shortcuts'' menu on the home page by selecting ''Chart Dashboard'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown menu, as shown below: 

2. Click "Entries" and then "Portal Notes".

4. You can add information for that particular patient/client, such as treatment plan recommendations. Enter the information in the box and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. 

5. The patient/client will be able to access this information in Luminello by clicking "Provider Notes" on the left navigation. This is what the patient/client will see:
