How do I re-invite a patient/client?

Clinicians can re-invite patients who have lost or can't find their email invitation to Luminello. Read on to learn more.

Note: If the patient/client has already created an account, the "Resend Invite" button will not appear. In this case, please forward the instructions to reset their password/username to them.


1. Go to the patient/client's chart Profile>Demographic Info section.2. Scroll down to the email address and click the orange "Resend Invite" button. Your patient/client will receive another invite notification to their email.

If the patient/client can't locate the invite email, they can follow the steps in this article.
