How do I re-invite a patient/client?

Clinicians can re-invite patients who have lost or can't find their email invitation to Luminello.

Please note: If the patient/client has already created an account, the "Resend Invite" button will not appear. In this case, please forward the password/ username reset instructions to them.


If there is no change to the patient's/client's email, but they have not yet signed up for Luminello, please follow these directions:

1. On the navigation bar, click "Charts".

2. Search the patient's/client's name in the search bar or "Shortcuts">Go to dropdown menu>"View profile info".

3. Go to "Profile" which lands on the first tab, "Demographics Info".

4. Scroll down to the email address and click the orange "Resend Invite" button.

If you did not enter an email address to the patient's/client's chart whilst creating the chart, please follow these directions:

1. On the navigation bar, click "Charts".

2. Search the patient's/client's name in the search bar or "Shortcuts">Go to dropdown menu>"View profile info".

3. Go to Profile>Demographics Info.

4. Enter the patient's/client's email address. Please note that the "Resend Invite" button will disappear.

6. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save". The profile must be saved FIRST in order for the "Resend Invite" button to re-appear.

7. After you click "Save" the "Resend Invite" button will appear beside the email address. Please click "Resend Invite".

Your patient/client will receive the invite notification to their email!
