What is the notepad?

The notepad serves as an exclusive feature for premium subscribers, allowing them to take notes within a patient's or client's profile. It serves as a dedicated space to store psychotherapy notes and non-chart related information. Importantly, the patient/client does not have access to the content of the notepad, and it is independent of the portal notes. Note: The notepad is designed specifically for jotting down notes separately from the official chart. Consequently, no records or data are created or stored within this feature. Each time you click "Save," any existing information will be overwritten by the newly saved content and will not be recoverable by either you or Luminello.

How to access the Notepad:

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''Chart dashboard'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

  1. Go to the "Entries" section drop-down, and choose "Notepad."

3. Enter notes in the text box provided. Click "Save."
