How do I send cancellation notifications?

All clinicians can choose to send notifications (or not) to their patients/clients upon any appointment cancellations. Read on to learn how or watch a webinar about managing your calendar and online booking features here: 


To cancel an appointment and notify the patient/client (this will send an email notification to the patient/client):

1. On the Navigation bar, click "Calendar".

2. Click on the appointment to be canceled. 

3. When the pop-up appears, click "Cancel & Notify".

4. Click "Yes, Cancel".

5. You will receive a success notification on your screen.


 To cancel an appointment without notifying the patient/client:

1. On the left navigation bar, click "Calendar".

2. Click on the appointment to be canceled. 

3. When the pop-up appears, click "Cancel".

4. Click "Yes, Cancel".
