How do I send you a screenshot?

If you ever encounter a problem, we're here to help! One of the most efficient ways to help you is if you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing. Here's all you have to do:

Windows Users

1. Hold down the Alt or Windows logo key and then press the Print Screen (prt sc) key. The Print Screen key is near the upper-right corner of your keyboard. 

2. You can find the saved images in a folder named Screenshots in your pictures library - this is the default setting. 

3. Attach the screenshot in your email to us by clicking “Choose File” at the bottom of the Contact Us form. Click on the file name and it will be uploaded with your request. Be sure to click send when done!

Mac Users

1. Press Command-Shift-3 on your keyboard. This will capture all of your Mac’s screen from the upper left corner to the bottom right one. 

2. You can find the saved images on your Desktop in a PNG file - this is the default setting.

3. Attach the screenshot in your email to us by clicking “Choose File” at the bottom of the Contact Us form. Click on the file name and it will be uploaded with your request. Be sure to click send when done!
