What is the difference between portal documents and admin documents?
Providers can upload documents for their patient/clients to attach an e-signature to through Portal>Documents. To learn more about how to upload these documents, please see this article here: How do I upload documents into the portal?. These documents are uploaded and are then visible in the patient/client portal.
Admin documents are found under Charts>Profile>Admin Docs. These documents are specific to each patient/client and when viewed, will show the e-signature of the patient/client. Here is what the electronic signature will look like on an e-signed document:
