How do I add a diagnosis to the billing statement?

You can easily add a diagnosis to a billing statement by following the steps below:

1. Go to Charts>Billing.

2. Click on "Create Superbill."

3. Scroll down, and under "How do you wish to display the diagnosis code(s) in the statement?" you will see the search box for adding a diagnosis. Start typing the first few letters or numbers of the diagnosis code, and click on the relevant diagnosis which then populates the diagnosis box directly above. 

4. These diagnoses in the left-hand column will now appear on the billing statement.

5. If you don't want either diagnosis to show up on the billing statement, you can drag and drop it/ them to the right-hand column. Finally, click "Create Superbill".
