Q: How does pre-screening work?

A: Your account comes pre-loaded with a form that covers clinical, scheduling and billing info questions, similar to the material you'd cover when conducting a phone screen.  You can even add your own questions or take some of ours out. Once you activate the form, it appears on your public profile and when prospective patients/clients fill out the form, you get notified to log in and you can see their responses.
