Q: How do I upload documents faster?

A: If you are having difficulties with uploading large files into Luminello, we would recommend checking the fax/scanner to see if you are able to adjust the settings. First, select JPG or PDF over TIFF, as TIFF is often uncompressed and the highest quality. Next, check to see if you can scan only in black/white and turn off (or not select) color scan. That will also help reduce file size. If those setting aren't available, you could also look into compressing the files before uploading, saving as a ZIP file to reduce the size of the file.
