Q. What is the difference between DUO and Google Authenticator?

A: The DUO app is used for e-prescribing, to authenticate the e-prescription for controlled substances. The Google Authenticator app is used for the 2-factor authentication, for an extra layer of security when logging in to Luminello. Q. Why am I being asked to enter a special code at sign-on?

A: As a security measure, if you have entered the password on your account wrong too many times, you will have to enter the code. This requirement will last for about a day, and then you will be able to access your account normally.

Q. How do I give my assistant permissions?

A: After you have invited your assistant and that person has created their account, you can grant and manage permissions for them in Account>Settings, under the heading "Administrative Assistant".  Make sure to click save when you're done!

Q. What personal information can my assistant see?

A: Your assistant will be able to see your birth date in the Account>Settings (if you've enabled this permission).

Q. How do I set up vacation coverage?

A: A provider can set up vacation coverage for themselves by inviting their colleague as an Assistant and giving them permissions from there. Check out this article for more information: How do I create an Admin. Assistant account?
