Additional note types

In addition to free text, intake, and SOAP/follow-up notes, providers can enter three additional note types: rating scales, labs and vitals.

Rating Scales from external sources

1. In Chart>Entries, click on "Compose Note".

2. Under "Create new", click on the drop-down menu. 

3. Click on Rating scale.

4. Fill in the information in the text boxes. 

5. Click "Save as draft" or "Sign".

Lab results from external sources

1. In Chart>Entries, click on "Compose Note".

2. Under "Create new", click on the drop-down menu. 

3. Click on "Lab".

4. Fill in the information in the text boxes. 

5. Click "Save as draft" or "Sign".

Vitals

1. In Chart>Entries, click on "Compose Note".

2. Under "Create new", click on the drop-down menu. 

3. Click on"Vitals".

4. Fill in the information in the text boxes. 

5. Add in comments if necessary.

6. Click "Save as draft" or "Sign".
