How do I update diagnoses on the billing statement?

The diagnosis/diagnoses that show up on billing statements are pulled by the most recent note. If you update the diagnosis on a new note, then that will be the diagnosis that shows up in the billing statement. 

1. If you would prefer a diagnosis not to appear on the statement, simply drag and drop the diagnosis to the right-hand column and it will not appear on the statement.

2. If you want to add a new diagnosis, type it in the "Add a diagnosis" box, and select the appropriate one from the list.
