How can I be notified when a patient makes a payment to their account?

If you would like to be notified by Luminello when a patient makes a credit card payment in their account you can set this up in your Payconex account. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in directly, to your Payconex account. Go to the "Settings" tab at the top.

2. Select the "Manage Settings" option.

3. Scroll down to the section titled "Notification Rules".  Here, you can select "Send Merchant Receipt".
