Our training and support philosophy
We believe in training and support that is timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. We do not charge any mandatory setup fees, and offer a variety of free resources, as well as paid (optional) to help you get going quickly!

We have articles and video within our extensive help database that will answer many of your questions, and we're always adding more.
Sign up for an onboarding session (free)
For new users, we offer a one-time phone call or screenshare to walk you through Luminello, for 30 minutes, at no charge. All practice/clinic users (including assistants) should be present for this session. Upon signup, we'll send you a link to book a time online.
For practice/clinic members users unable to attend, or who want more training, we offer paid "personal training" sessions as well - see below.

We believe that the best way to provide customer support is via our email portal, not over the phone. Why?
- We can reply with articles, screenshots or videos as helpful references that you can continue to refer back to over time
- Clinical questions can be reviewed by our senior clinical team
- No spending your valuable time waiting on hold
- This also keeps subscription fees low for the Luminello community and allows us to offer free plans for providers, assistants, and patients/clients

Sign up for a Luminello personal trainer
For individual or clinic users who want a little extra attention and to be walked through any part of, or all of, Luminello, we offer extra training on any topic you wish to focus on. Our rates are:
- $99/5 hours
Fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, but do not expire. If you are a free user, pay here. If you are already a paying user, we'll run your credit card for you. Then we'll send you a link to book a time online.
