How do I clone an intake into a follow-up note?

If you signed an intake note and the patient comes back for a follow-up, you can clone the Objective, Assessment, and Plan from your intake note into your first follow-up/SOAP note. Read on to learn how:

1. Navigate to the chart's "All Entries" section. 

2. Find the intake note, and select "Create Followup note" from the drop-down. 

3. The Objective, Assessment, and Plan will be pasted into a follow-up/SOAP note.
