How to turn off credit card notifications for patients/clients?

If you would prefer not to have your patients/clients notified by Bluefin, when you process their credit card payments, you can set this up in your Payconex account. Just follow the steps below. 

1. Log in directly, to your Payconex account. Go to the "Settings" tab at the top.

2. Next, select the "Manage Settings" option.

3. Scroll down to the section titled "Notification Rules".  Select no at "send customer receipt."
