For my rates, how do I "set it and forget it" for my practice?

To set one rate table as the default for your entire practice, go to Financial>Settings>Billing>Default rate table.  Click on the box and you will be presented with all of the rate tables you have previously defined.  Select the one you wish to use, and those rates will be the default in all your charts.

Note that for any individual patient/client, you can override this selection by setting a unique default.
