How do I see a rating scale (symptom measure) once it's been filled out?

When you get a notification that a rating scale has been filled out, you can go to the chart right from the email (or go into the chart and pull up Charts>Entries>All Entries), and you'll see the results right there!

At this point, you can click "Add to chart" to make the rating scale part of the official chart.
