How do I add rating scale content into a new note?

Once you've added a rating scale to a chart, you can copy the content into a new note. Here's how: 

1. Click the dropdown to the right of the Rating Scale, and you'll see the following options:

• Prefill new intake note - creates a blank intake note and pastes the rating scale info into the "History of Present Illness" section.
• Prefill new SOAP note - creates a blank follow-up note and pastes the rating scale info into the "Subjective" section.
• Prefill new free text note - creates a blank free text note and pastes the rating scale info into it.
• Add addendum - creates a blank addendum and pastes the rating scale info into it.
• Hide - Hides the rating scale from the chart entries. 

Please Note: The "Hide" option hides the original entry from being viewed and printed but does not actually delete it. Once hidden, an entry cannot be unhidden.
