How do I add formatting to my forms?

Here's how to add formatting in the form builder.

1. To use italics, add "_" before and after your text. 

2. To use bold, add "**" before and after your text.

3. To add bullet points, type in "*" before each item. 

4. To separate paragraphs, add a blank line after your text.
