In order to bill a patient/client, do I need to attach it to a note?

Adding a billing transaction to a patient/client does not require a note attachment. Follow these steps to learn how to add a billing transaction without attaching it to a note.

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View billing'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...

1. Go to the "Billing" section within a chart, and toggle to "All Transactions."

2. Click on "Add transaction." 

3. Enter the billing details and click on "Add transaction."
