I just tried submitting a claim. I received a note that said that the payer name and address is invalid in the system. How can this be corrected?
You are getting this error because your claims enrollment for that specific insurance company have not been approved. If claims are submitted before the approval, then they must be submitted on paper.
Note: It can take up to 10 business days for companies to approve the enrollment, upon receipt.
