I don't see the insurance company I'm looking for, what do I do?

Often payers have different names in use for providers vs. clearinghouses.

When setting up your patient/client billing info, if you don't see a selection for any particular insurance company in the drop down list, please contact ApexEDI support directly, M-F 10am-7pm ET at (800) 840-9152 or via email for instructions on which specific payer to pick.
