Why can't I edit the email address?

Once a patient/client has set up a portal account, s/he now owns that account. Clinicians are not allowed to update emails as this would then interfere with the patient/client's administration of her/his own account. To update an email address, the patient/client must log in to her/his own account and update the email her/himself.
