How do I know if my patient/client has an active portal account?

In Charts>Profile>Demographics, be sure:

  • You've entered an email address and clicked the checkbox to invite
  • You've saved the profile to actually send the invite.
Now you can see patient/client's email is locked if he has an active portal and portal connected date is also displayed below the patient/client's email address.
