How do I know if my patient/client has an active portal account?

Here's how you can know if your patient/client has an active portal account in Luminello. 

1. You can use the ''Shortcuts'' menu by selecting the chart and clicking on ''View profile info'' from the ''Go to'' dropdown. 

Or...
1. Go to the "Profile" section of a chart, and toggle to "Demographic Info." 
2. A message displays below the chart's email with the date their portal account was connected.
3. If the patient/client has not created a portal account, you will see a message with the date the invitation was sent. You can resend it by clicking on "Resend Invite."
